# Third-party design and model provenance

The original carrier wiring, placement, routing, validation scripts and documentation were authored for this project. No blanket licence is asserted over third-party CAD assets.

- `components/SocketA.tsx`, `SocketB.tsx`: DF40C-100DS-0.4V(51) land pattern from the Raspberry Pi CM4 IO reference design. `models/socket.glb` is a format conversion of its Hirose model.
- `components/Hdmi.tsx`: EDAC 690-019-298-412 reference footprint. `models/hdmi.glb` derives from the approximate HDMI model distributed with the CM4 IO design.
- `components/Usb.tsx`: CM4 IO Micro-B reference footprint, cross-checked against EDAC 690-005-298-486. `models/micro-b.glb` is an independently constructed dimensional envelope, not EDAC-supplied CAD.
- `models/cm4.glb`: simplified format conversion of Raspberry Pi's public CM4 STEP model, for module placement and clearance illustration.
- `imports/TYPE_C_31_M_12.tsx` and `AP2331W_7.tsx`: tscircuit/EasyEDA supplier imports for C165948 and C460346. Remote model URLs retain their original provenance.
- `components/KingbrightLed.tsx`, `models/led.glb`: land pattern and independently constructed envelope from Kingbright's APT1608SGC and APT1608SYC/J3-AMT drawings.

The CM4 IO archive states that manufacturer model terms remain with the original manufacturers and some models are approximations. Those terms are not replaced by publishing this carrier. Raspberry Pi, HDMI and supplier marks in reference models identify the parts, not an endorsement of this project. Manufacturer datasheets are linked rather than republished.
