# Fabrication exports — v1.1.5

`gerbers.zip` contains all four copper layers, masks, paste, silkscreen, outline, plated/non-plated drill files, an 80-reference BOM and placement CSV. `pick_and_place.csv` is also provided separately; its coordinates use the PCB center as (0, 0), in millimeters. The root `bom.csv` groups equivalent references by JLC code and gives the supplier MPN.

The plated Excellon file has exactly **205 hits with a 0.300000 mm tool**, matching the 205 via positions in the validated circuit JSON. Component lead holes and M3 mounting holes retain their own sizes.

The exporter could not verify JLC pin-1 rotation conventions for the following references. Their placement file uses the authored PCB rotation; inspect these in the JLC assembly preview before accepting a quote:

These are actual exporter diagnostics, not DRC failures. No fabrication or assembly order has been placed. See the dated stock report for inventory and refreshed preorder availability.

Both dials are now RK09K1110AAR C3020619, with 2.5 mm terminal pitch and the exact imported mounting-slot geometry. Front enclosure openings retain the manufacturer-specified 6 mm shaft diameter and 6.5 mm height. Choose 6 mm flat-shaft knobs.
