A single-chip DIP-16 package circuit connecting pins 1–8 to corresponding internal pins 9–16.

Usage: To use the "@tsci/seveibar.single-layer-td" component: 1. Import the component: ```tsx import SingleLayerTd from "@tsci/seveibar.single-layer-td" ``` 2. Use in a tscircuit project: ```tsx export default () => ( <board layers={1} autorouter="laser_prefab"> <SingleLayerTd /> </board> ) ``` Key characteristics: - Uses a single board layer - Employs "laser_prefab" autorouter - Includes a chip with DIP16 footprint - Predefined pin connections for U1 from pin9 to pin16
