# Manufacturing and assembly

PCB settings: two layers, 1.6 mm FR4, 1 oz copper, green solder mask. The board is 110 by 68 mm. Keep the plated and non-plated drill files separate; retain the mounting and tooling holes supplied in the Gerbers. Submit the manufacturing ZIP for the supplier's normal DFM review.

The BOM and CPL include all 54 components, placed on the top side. Supplier pad-frame registration verifies their placement rotations. The slide switch uses its plated mounting tabs, connected to ground.

The current read-only stock snapshot lists all BOM parts in stock, including C49234237 keys. Stock is not reserved. Check available quantities, procurement minimums and assembly attrition when quoting the order. The six key switches require a support plate. Keys, encoder and slide switch require through-hole assembly; confirm their acceptance in the selected PCBA service and the final placement preview.

Firmware programming, support plate and keycaps are separate from PCB fabrication. JLCPCB assembly approval and a physical prototype have not been completed.
