# Bluetooth Pedometer PCB

Review-stage tscircuit design for a low-power Bluetooth pedometer using a TI
CC2340R5, BQ25185 charger/power path, BQ27427 fuel gauge, BMA400 accelerometer,
and a power-gated external I2C OLED.

This repository now contains a complete schematic, intentional four-layer PCB
placement, routed copper, sourcing records, bring-up guidance, and preliminary
manufacturing exports. It is **not order-ready**: see
[`docs/pre-order-checklist.md`](docs/pre-order-checklist.md) and
[`docs/validation.md`](docs/validation.md) for the unresolved release gates.

Design rationale and assumptions are in
[`docs/architecture.md`](docs/architecture.md); live sourcing data captured on
2026-09-04 is in [`docs/sourcing.md`](docs/sourcing.md).

## Setup

```sh
bun install
bun run dev
```

Build previews and regenerate preliminary JLC BOM/CPL files:

```sh
bun run build:release
bun run export:jlc
```

Validation sequence:

```sh
bunx tsci check netlist
bunx tsci check schematic-placement
bunx tsci check placement
bunx tsci build --pcb-png --schematic-png --3d-png
bunx tsci check routing-difficulty
bunx tsci check trace-length net.RF_MCU
bunx tsci check trace-length net.RF_ANT
bunx tsci check trace-length net.X48P
bunx tsci check trace-length net.X48N
bunx tsci check trace-length net.X32P
bunx tsci check trace-length net.X32N
bunx tsci check shorts
```

See [`docs/bringup.md`](docs/bringup.md) before powering prototype hardware.
