# Fabrication package
Upload `board-gerbers.zip` to the PCB fabricator. It contains the four copper
layers, masks, top/bottom paste, silkscreens, board outline, plated drill files,
non-plated drill file, BOM, and pick-and-place CSV.
For JLCPCB assembly, `assembly-bom.csv` and
`assembly-pick-and-place.csv` are also provided separately. The design has 163
fitted parts: 84 top and 79 bottom. Bare test pads are not BOM items.
Required PCB parameters:
- Board: strict 42.3 × 42.3 mm NEMA17 motor-facing square with no tabs or
enlarged outline regions; four copper layers.
- Via drill: 0.30 mm; via pad: 0.45 mm.
- Assembly side: top and bottom.
- Reset switch: Omron B3U-1000P, JLCPCB C231329, using the manufacturer's
4.2 × 1.7 mm two-pad land pattern.
- Input: USB-C PD, 15 V / 3 A requested operating point.
- Motor: StepperOnline 17HS13-0404S1 NEMA 17, rear-mounted on two diagonal
3.3 mm holes on the standard 31 mm square pattern.
The stock snapshot in `../reports/jlcpcb-stock-audit.json` matched all 68 unique
JLCPCB part numbers for 163 fitted components when generated. Stock is not
reserved; rerun the audit and confirm availability at checkout. Always inspect
JLCPCB's rendered layers, polarity marks, and placement rotations before
payment. Select a stackup and copper weight suitable for the motor-current
routing, and obtain an impedance review if USB compliance is required.
