# Validation

Validated with tscircuit 0.0.3058 and TypeScript 5.9.3.

- TypeScript: passed.
- Netlist check: 0 errors, 0 warnings.
- Schematic placement: no reported issues.
- PCB placement: 0 errors and no courtyard collisions. The requested 180° terminal rotation produces two advisory connector-facing warnings.
- Full routed build: passed; compiled Circuit JSON contains zero error records.
- Independent verification: all 18 physical components have JLCPCB supplier codes and imported OBJ/STEP references; relay pinout, contact-net isolation, header wiring, mounting holes, and 1.5 mm contact routing passed.
- PCB, schematic, mechanical drawing, and imported-component 3D preview were visually inspected.
- Static-site model loading: all generated OBJ/STEP URLs are absolute HTTPS URLs. Relay C35449 and terminal C474882 OBJ/STEP endpoints returned HTTP 200 with permissive CORS for a file-page origin; all four files matched the downloaded originals by SHA-256. The rebuilt 3D preview displays both relays and both terminals. Live browser control was unavailable for direct UI inspection.

The generated library imports are retained without footprint or CAD overrides. The CLI reports advisory metadata warnings for imported generic chip symbols and the absence of a schematic sheet; these do not establish electrical or manufacturing validation. The dimensions and module topology remain a reconstruction, as described in README.md.

No physical sample measurements, fabrication, assembly, load, thermal, or insulation tests were performed. The external VCC–JDVCC shunt is required when sharing one 5 V supply and is not a modeled PCB component.
