# Validation record — Rev C

- Native tscircuit build completed with no Circuit JSON error objects.
- Independent Shapely audit: 665 copper shapes, 777 net-pair comparisons, no violations at 0.15 mm clearance / 0.30 mm board edge. The intentional continuous printed-coil terminals are handled explicitly.
- Gerber export audit: all 342 top and 140 bottom trace segments match Circuit JSON; all 44 drill positions match; 23 populated references match between BOM and placement; catalog IDs/manufacturer numbers match; all placement centers match source and use top assembly.
- Gerbers exported directly from TSX with native supplier orientation analysis enabled. No missing-orientation warnings were emitted.
- Finishing script asserts removal of 6 paste flashes for bare contacts and coil ends. Copper, mask, drill, BOM and placement are unchanged by finishing.
- Host C tests pass for rotation directions, reversals, chatter, skipped states, 100,000 rotations, saturating totals, button bounce/holds/boot-held behavior, time wrap, persistent journal corruption/torn writes and sequence wrap.
- Top PCB preview visually inspected.

These checks cover the generated design and portable logic. They do not establish antenna impedance/coupling, analog noise immunity in the phone's magnetic environment, exact mechanical fit, sensor air gap, flashable platform firmware, live iOS interoperability, cell capacity, four-year runtime, assembly yield or production qualification. Treat the fabrication files as a prototype release and complete the bring-up tests in FABRICATION.md.

## Schematic cleanup

Historical version 1.0.1 introduced the six-block schematic without PCB changes. The later RF placement revision changes PCB routing and fabrication files; use the current files together.

## JLC number completion — 1.0.2

All 23 fitted PCB components have verified JLCPCB identifiers. U2 is included in assembly BOM, placement and stencil as C17208043. JLC direct-page evidence is used because the CLI catalog omits the part. U2 stock and assembly acceptance remain unresolved; the audit checks identity separately from stock. L1 and J2 are fabricated copper, so no purchasable part numbers apply.

## Antenna and live-stock audit — 1.0.3

Native build, independent copper clearance and export consistency pass. C9 is now 15 pF ±1% C0G; U3, its associated passives and C6 have been repositioned to shorten the RF connection while maintaining clearances. U3 placement rotation is 180 degrees. Antenna RF qualification is NOT complete. All BOM lines have catalog numbers, but complete batch stock is NOT available. See ANTENNA.md, STOCK.md and their validation JSON/CSV files. Earlier cached stock counts are superseded by the direct-page inventory check. No components are reserved.
