# MuseAir shopping list by supplier

Checked 10 October 2026. Buy one of each listed finished component per device. PCB parts are ordered as part of JLCPCB assembly, not as separate distributor purchases. No purchases or supplier messages have been made.

## BuyDisplay — display

- One [ER-TFT2.79-1 wide colour IPS display](https://www.buydisplay.com/wide-angle-2-79-inch-142x428-color-ips-tft-display-nv3007-controller). 142x428 pixels, installed horizontally; factory 10-pin flex goes into PCB J8. The direct manufacturer product URL was identified; current price/stock could not be rechecked because the site presents a security-verification page.

J4/J5 are bare test-pad patterns, not missing purchased sockets. ## Sensor cable — necessary, but final supplier approval remains open

The selected SEN62 is not a verified sensor-and-cable bundle. It has its socket, but a factory-attached cable must not be assumed. Buy a finished cable with both plugs attached; do not buy loose housings, contacts or a breakout adapter for this board.

The current Sensirion SEN6x datasheet **v1.0, October 2026**, page 15, specifies six-pin GH-compatible plugs (GHR-06V-S or the stated ACES mate), 1.25mm pitch and at least 0.128mm2 copper (26AWG or thicker). The board requires cavity 1 to 1 through 6 to 6.

No currently purchasable complete cable was verified against **all** connector, pin-map and wire-gauge requirements. The approved shopping CSV excludes these candidates; they are recorded in a separate candidates CSV. Before powering a prototype, check the received cable's six connections by continuity. No cutting, soldering or re-crimping is proposed.

## Mounting materials and programming equipment

The speaker currently uses a cut 3M VHB 4910 adhesive ring (OD28/ID23mm, 1mm thick); an exact economical supplier SKU is still open. PCB/holder/lid fasteners, seals and the microphone gasket also need exact listings. These are necessary assembly materials, not extra electronic components.

A USB-C power cable and external programming equipment are separate from the component order. The earlier programmer link was a reference design, not an assembled-product listing. Optional cable ties, extra speaker plugs, loose sensor housings and speaker re-crimp contacts are excluded.

The enclosure, lid, sensor holder and ASK cap are custom fabricated parts. The current speaker CAD still shows shortened lead geometry; this sourcing review does not change CAD, and that geometry must be updated before claiming an exact match to the unmodified factory cable.

Research evidence is in `validation/sourcing-review.json` and `docs/research/sourcing/`. Circuit geometry and fabrication files were not changed by this review.
