# F1C100S Linux Game Boy fabrication package

Generated from the verified 106 × 150 mm, four-layer circuit. All 126 fitted
parts are on the top side. The display module and speaker are fitted after PCB
assembly and are not included in the SMT BOM.

## Order files

- `f1c100s-linux-gameboy-gerbers.zip`: four copper layers, masks, silkscreens,
  paste, profile, plated drill and non-plated drill files
- `jlcpcb-bom.csv` and `jlcpcb-cpl.csv`: JLCPCB assembly inputs
- `bom.csv` and `pick-and-place.csv`: detailed generic assembly exports
- `f1c100s-linux-gameboy-pcb.png`: top-view manufacturing preview
- `f1c100s-linux-gameboy-schematic.pdf`: schematic documentation
- `f1c100s-linux-gameboy-kicad.zip`: secondary CAD exchange package

  unavailable, so use the PCB outline and mounting holes as the enclosure datum

## Verification evidence

- `verification.json`: 0 emitted DRC/electrical errors, 299 vias, every via
  0.30 mm drill / 0.45 mm pad, 86 critical connectivity assertions
- `jlcpcb-availability.json`: live 2026-09-30 stock query for all 47 unique LCSC
  selections; every part was available at the time of the query

Order as four-layer 1.6 mm FR-4. Confirm the fab's chosen stack-up and USB
differential impedance. JLCPCB rotation conventions are not encoded in the
tscircuit source, so compare every polarized/IC pin-1 marker in JLCPCB's
assembly preview before approving production; this is a standard final CAM
step and does not affect the PCB Gerbers or DRC status.

The 5 mm battery-cable notch is an unplated routed feature that opens through
the lower board edge. Do not let CAM convert it into a closed plated slot.

Current stock is time-sensitive. The lowest-stock exact part in the audit is the
TL3342F160QG reset switch (C2886898, five units); re-run the audit immediately
before ordering or validate a footprint-compatible substitute.
