This circuit connects a USB-C power source to an NE555 timer configured as an oscillator to blink a red LED.

Usage: To import and use the "@tsci/Rishikesh63.BlinkingLED-Circuit-sample" package: 1. Import the component: ```tsx import { MyBlinkingLedCircuit } from "@tsci/Rishikesh63.BlinkingLED-Circuit-sample" ``` 2. Use the component in a React-like circuit layout: ```tsx export default () => ( <board> <MyBlinkingLedCircuit /> </board> ) ``` The component creates a complete blinking LED circuit with a USB-C power source, NE555P timer, resistors, capacitors, and an LED, with predefined connections and layout.
