# Public WIP packaging — revision42

The ebc76f4 source publication used the unchanged supported tsci publisher,
public visibility, include-dist and an explicit WIP version tag. The archive
returnedHTTP413;525individual files were acknowledged, while the required
3.5MB capacity tarball also returnedHTTP413. This is an incomplete release,
not a successful publication or cloud build. All staged bytes still matched
the committed source; its stage metadata and manifest permit exact reconstruction.
The temporary stage was removed after that proof because its duplicate root
Biome configuration interfered with ordinary workspace checks. The failed
formatting result is retained, and a fresh normal formatting check passes.

The canonical capacity source package changes only its local version and
published file list to include dist JavaScript and TypeScript declarations.
The normal build still creates its development source map locally. All four
reviewed algorithm/test source records are unchanged from revision41. Runtime,
declaration and package metadata bytes are independently matched between
canonical build, packed tarball and installed dependency. The new package is
0.0.960-a42 and840,432bytes. No solver behavior, manufacturing rule, supplier
model, test or validation gate is weakened. Canonical source, focused tests,
TypeScript, build, pack and version evidence are in evidence/capacity-a42-*.
The source map is available in tooling/autorouter-manufacturing-A22/dist locally.

The board dependency and lockfile are regenerated through normal installation.
The full native default build remains routing-disabled and has140purchased
components,152placements and no routed traces. Its artifact checksum is
3246642e4085ab0fcc0c96b5923599de70f3e729b9b68be4f409918a1bf8b810.
The source/dependency binding and connector review match this artifact. The
five USB-C land-spacing violations continue to block routing and fabrication.

A source publication bundle contains exact committed production code,
configuration, firmware, tests, scripts, documentation, official imports,
required dependency tarballs and this circuit JSON. Historical diagnostics,
large development source maps, rendered images and manufacturer PDFs stay in
the repository/local evidence. A publication manifest records every inclusion
hash and omission explicitly. This selection does not edit any board source,
component definition or circuit JSON. Python audit environments must be recreated
from their pinned requirements; local test results are not cloud test claims.
Public release readback must establish visibility, complete file presence and
matching circuit JSON before publication is reported successful.

The user-authorized public GitHub destination is now
https://github.com/AnasSarkiz/usb-c-pd-brushed-motor, branch main. Initial57abd45
and its committed circuit JSON are verified anonymously in
 evidence/github-public-initial-A43.json. Subsequent synchronization/publication
receipts bind their actual source commit and artifact. No fabrication package
or hardware qualification is claimed.
