RESUME.md
# Resume A0 / 0.1.0-prototype.19
Read AGENTS.md, VERSIONING.md and the final prototype.19 section of VALIDATION.md. User requires an actual component adjustment and reviewed unrouted placement before each routing retry; publish meaningful versions to GitHub and tscircuit with --include-dist.
Eight native A4 landscape sheets and an eight-page A4 PDF are complete, all pages visually reviewed, 96 component assignments and 273 unchanged pin/net mappings verified. Candidate 19j still fails: 84 native errors, 29 native shorts findings, three independent shorted net groups, three via-pair violations, 13 ordinary drill-to-pad violations and 29 reserved inner1 intrusions. No snapshot or current fabrication package is approved. Never order historical exports.
Ten candidate investigations (19a–j) are recorded, including interrupted and pre-routing fanout failures. Current native pipeline9/5x uses the tested source-built core a0.3 and router a0.2. The board requests a 0.20 mm routing margin; actual native input confirms it. Manufacturing minima remain unchanged. Fixes and regressions are in tooling/. Native detailed routing/repair and custom-symbol fanout selector failures remain blockers. Do not replace them with edited generated copper, weaker rules or installed-file patches.
Fresh dist, independent reports, hashes, A4 PDF and all layer previews accompany this rejected source version. Worker timeout remains 60 minutes; hosted 30-minute overall deadline resolution is unverified. Next: reproduce/fix reserved-plane and clearance handling and fanout U4.pin1 resolution, then change relevant placement and revalidate. Exact manufacturer stackup, assembler acceptance and physical tests remain pending. Full candidate evidence and toolchain source checkouts are local under evidence/ and .tscircuit/.
